Compensation:
Pay Range: $157500K-$225000K
Description:
Act as a critical link between trading stakeholders and engineering teams.
Develop and execute a strategic product roadmap for front-end trading solutions.
Balance immediate stakeholder needs with long-term objectives.
Collaborate closely with engineering leadership for product scalability.
Bridge the gap between technology and business with a strong understanding of front-office workflows.
Shape the trading tool strategy for a seamless experience across the investment workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a product strategy for trading tool UIs.
Maintain a product roadmap balancing short-term and long-term goals.
Manage the product backlog in partnership with engineering and project management.
Develop strong relationships with traders, portfolio managers, and COO teams.
Evangelize the product within the firm, highlighting new features.
Translate business needs into actionable product requirements.
Collaborate with other product managers for a unified UI strategy.
Qualifications:
10 years of experience as a Product Manager with trading technology UIs.
Experience working as a trader or closely with traders and portfolio managers.
Deep understanding of multiple asset classes (e.g., Equities, Fixed Income).
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
