You'll engage frequently with customers, ensuring systems are restored efficiently and effectively.
We seek a professional with at least three years of experience and a degree in IT or a related field. Key competencies include:

- Experience with 24/7 support for MFG and R&D environments.
- Proficiency in hardware/software support and network management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work outside standard business hours, including on-call duties.
