Job Details

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of data quality principles, data governance, and internal control frameworks.
  • Knowledge of banking, finance, accounting, and regulatory requirements (FRB/OCC experience is a plus).
  • Hands-on experience with data quality tools (e.g., Informatica, Collibra, Ab Initio, IBM InfoSphere).
  • Familiarity with business intelligence and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Python).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Ability to understand complex data models and drive data quality strategy and metrics.
  • Experience working in a regulated financial environment and across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Support data governance efforts to ensure enterprise data is accurate, complete, and "fit for purpose."
  • Assess data health and implement data quality controls aligned with business rules and governance policies.
  • Collaborate with Business and Technology teams to design, implement, and monitor data quality controls.
  • Contribute to data remediation efforts and systemic improvements in data reporting processes.
  • Track and escalate issues while maintaining project documentation and progress reporting using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Azure DevOps.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations for various business and governance forums.
  • Partner with stakeholders in Regulatory Reporting, Compliance, and Risk to remediate data concerns and support Category IV transition efforts.
