Project Coordinator

MUST BE LOCAL TO SAN FRANCISCO, CA

Client is hiring a Project Manager, Associate to help facilitate EV charging equipment testing, hardware and software fixes, and the administration of external program funding sources.

Scope of Work:

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to conduct on-site EV charging equipment testing with property site hosts
• Track the progress and outcomes of EV charging equipment testing and provide progress reports to the Program Manager
• Proactively work with the Program Manager to facilitate hardware and software charger fixes as needed
• Oversee the implementation and monitoring of EV charging grant programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines
• Once external funding applications are approved, monitor their progress and resolve issues as they arise this includes providing status updates on external funding milestones and deliverables

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

• 3-5 years of Project Coordinator experience,
• Being detailed oriented and demonstrating a track record of organizational skills
• Ability to communicate complex processes to others

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3 or more years of Project Coordinator experience or similar experience
• 2 - 4 years of experience managing grant applications/funding
• BS/BA Degree, or equivalent work experience
  

Desired Qualifications:

• Familiarity with construction projects
• Experience working with an investor-owned utility
• High level of organization
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to communicate complex processes to others
