MUST BE LOCAL TO SAN FRANCISCO, CA
Client is hiring a Project Manager, Associate to help facilitate EV charging equipment testing, hardware and software fixes, and the administration of external program funding sources.
Scope of Work:
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to conduct on-site EV charging equipment testing with property site hosts
- Track the progress and outcomes of EV charging equipment testing and provide progress reports to the Program Manager
- Proactively work with the Program Manager to facilitate hardware and software charger fixes as needed
- Oversee the implementation and monitoring of EV charging grant programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines
- Once external funding applications are approved, monitor their progress and resolve issues as they arise this includes providing status updates on external funding milestones and deliverables
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
- 3-5 years of Project Coordinator experience,
- Being detailed oriented and demonstrating a track record of organizational skills
- Ability to communicate complex processes to others
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of Project Coordinator experience or similar experience
- 2 - 4 years of experience managing grant applications/funding
- BS/BA Degree, or equivalent work experience
Desired Qualifications:
- Familiarity with construction projects
- Experience working with an investor-owned utility
- High level of organization
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to communicate complex processes to others
