Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $128,400 - $170,000 year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role. We also have a competitive and comprehensive benefits program that supports all aspects of your health and well-being, including but not limited to vacation time, sick time, 401(k), and health, dental and life insurances.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior technology leaders and other executives to define long-term infrastructure roadmaps and investment strategies.
- Strategic oversight of the infrastructure project portfolio, ensuring alignment with enterprise IT and business strategies.
- Define and enforce PMO governance frameworks, methodologies, and performance standards.
- Lead executive-level stakeholder engagement and communication across business units and external partners.
- Oversee resource planning, financial management, and risk mitigation for complex infrastructure programs.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers and infrastructure teams.
- Deliver executive dashboards, KPIs, and strategic insights to senior leadership.
- Drive process improvements within the PMO function, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and quality.
- Champion continuous improvement and innovation in infrastructure project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field plus 10+ years of experience in project/program management.
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale infrastructure initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies (e.g., networks, data centers, cloud, servers).
- Proven ability to engage and present to executive leadership and communication skills.
- Expertise in enterprise risk management and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, Power BI).
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification required; ITIL and Agile certifications are a plus.
