Description
- Provides high-quality functional/technical support and training for areas, processes and technologies
- Coordinates with partner IT and users to support departmental systems across campus
- Provides support for assigned systems managed by Enterprise Systems, which could include email administration, identity management, device configuration management, etc.
- Performs routine, complex, and emergency tasks to ensure and maximize service availability and application functionality
- Monitors systems and propose software updates and tuning to enhance system performance and security; develops a plan for testing, implementing, and measuring the results of system performance
- Performs problem analysis, outlines resolution options, and takes appropriate actions to resolve problems
- Documents business practices and technical specifications accurately and maintains up-to-date records of tools and technologies used in implementing solutions
- Ensures that system updates/upgrades integrate with the other existing systems

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and two years of relevant application administration experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Preferred: 2+ years of application administration experience, experience installing and configuring enterprise applications, and experience with software testing are preferred.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $31.00/hr.
