Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Performance Tester with hands-on experience working with ODM (Order Management System) to join our team for a client-facing role. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in performance testing of enterprise applications, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities to work directly with stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute performance test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures for the ODM (Order Management System).
• Analyze test results and work closely with development and infrastructure teams to resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and business processes.
• Identify and recommend performance improvements to ensure optimal system performance and scalability.
• Prepare detailed test reports, summaries, and present findings to clients and internal teams.
• Participate in client meetings, provide updates, and address any technical concerns promptly.

Required Skills:

• 5-6 years of proven experience in Performance Testing with a strong focus on ODM (Order Management System).
• Proficiency with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, or similar.
• Good understanding of performance testing concepts, bottleneck analysis, and system tuning.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and coordinate with distributed teams.
• Prior experience in client-facing roles is a must.

Additional Requirements:

• Any valid work authorization is acceptable (s, s, L2 etc.), but candidates must be able to work on our W2.
• Must be available to work during US business hours.
