GuidingCare and previous Care Management Platform Experience: Hands-on experience with GuidingCares is needed for this position, particularly in the context of platform migrations and payer-side implementations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Adaptability: Strong communication skills and the ability to work across business, operations, and enterprise QA teams. Must be proactive, flexible, and capable of driving progress amid ambiguity and organizational change.
