STAND 8 provides end to end IT solutions to enterprise partners across the United States and with offices in Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey, Atlanta, and more including internationally in Mexico and India.

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect with deep, hands-on development experience to support our client's Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have exceptional Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integration skills, and be capable of diving into a custom-built application that is currently experiencing performance and stability issues. This individual will serve as both a technical lead and problem-solver, working closely with internal stakeholders to diagnose, remediate, and refactor as needed.

Responsibilities



  • Act as the lead Salesforce architect and developer on a critical project review effort.

  • Conduct a deep technical assessment of an existing Salesforce application.

  • Identify code inefficiencies, design flaws, and security risks-especially around PII data handling.

  • Refactor and optimize Apex code, triggers, LWC components, and Flows.

  • Collaborate with admins, developers, and product owners to resolve production issues and implement best practices.

  • Utilize Gearset for deployments, version control, and CI/CD processes.

  • Support and guide overall architectural strategy and adherence to Salesforce development standards.


Qualifications



  • 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.

  • 5+ years in a Salesforce Architect role with proven success in complex orgs.

  • Expert-level Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL.

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce data architecture, sharing/security model, and governor limits.

  • Strong experience working with Gearset for deployment and CI/CD.

  • Previous experience handling and securing PII data in Salesforce.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment where rapid issue resolution is key.

  • Salesforce Platform Developer II and/or Application Architect certification preferred.


Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $73-83/per hour, depending on experience.

Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
