- Candidate with total 8-10yrs experience Business Analysts role
- Candidate with 2-4 years in Pension/Healthcare experience (Preferred)
- Strong communication is also important
- Availability to start Sept 1 on-site (3 days/ week) is mandatory
- Gather and Document Business Requirements Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into detailed Business Requirement Design (BRD) documents.
- Develop Functional Specifications Convert business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications for technical and product teams.
- Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as the primary liaison between business users, developers, and QA teams to ensure solution alignment with business objectives.
- Support and Coordinate Functional Testing Define test scenarios, assist in test planning, and validate that developed solutions meet functional requirements through user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Ensure Traceability and Quality Maintain end-to-end traceability of requirements and support issue resolution throughout the development and testing lifecycle.
