Job Title: Java Developer (with Python) Real-Time Trading Systems

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with strong Python skills and a proven track record in investment banking, specifically working on real-time trading applications. This is an on-site role in Boston, ideal for candidates who have built a career in financial services technology and are deeply familiar with low-latency, high-performance trading systems.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development, with Python scripting expertise.

  • Current experience in investment banking, preferably in front-office trading environments.

  • Deep understanding of real-time, multi-threaded trading systems.

  • Strong knowledge of market data feeds, FIX protocols, and order management systems.

  • Proven ability to work in high-pressure, low-latency environments.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), Kafka, or containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

  • Background in equities, FX, or fixed income trading.
