Job Details
We are looking for an experienced with deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central & EC Payroll) and SAP HR/Payroll systems to lead large-scale HRIS implementations. This role requires strong project management skills, technical knowledge of HRIS systems, and the ability to drive successful delivery in a global enterprise environment.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of project management experience, preferably in HRIS or cloud-based software implementations.
- 8+ years of experience in SAP HR/Payroll, with a focus on SuccessFactors EC Payroll.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in handling evolving project requirements.
- Willingness to be based in or relocate to Princeton, NJ.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP or Agile certification.
- Experience managing large-scale global HRIS implementations.
- Background in the insurance industry (nice to have).
