Job Title: Program Manager ServiceNow Implementation
Location: Hybrid (Oakland, CA)
Exp: 10+
A senior-level Program Manager with deep hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and governance of ServiceNow implementation programs.
  • Partner with business units, IT, and vendor teams to define requirements and program scope.
  • Oversee multiple projects under the ServiceNow portfolio, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Develop and manage program roadmaps, timelines, and milestones.
  • Drive alignment of ServiceNow workflows with enterprise asset management, ITSM, HR, and other business processes.
  • Establish program governance, reporting, and risk management practices.
  • Collaborate with offshore and cross-functional teams for development, testing, and deployment.
  • Provide regular updates and executive-level reporting on program status, risks, and performance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices for ServiceNow adoption.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 8+ years of program/project management experience, preferably in large enterprises.
  • Proven track record leading ServiceNow implementation programs (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or similar modules).
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and workflows.
  • Experience managing vendors, offshore development teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with program management tools (MS Project, Clarity, Jira, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
