Skype to Teams and Cisco Migration

Number of roles: 3

4 months

Location: Shawnee, OK (with ability to travel to locations up to an hour away)

Oxford s client needs 3 resources to assist with phone replacements as they migrate from Skype to Cisco phones. There are 4800 phones that need replaced. 48 locations (including 4 major hospitals and 35 clinics) and consultant will need to be onsite in Oklahoma to replace phones. Will be coordinating work with internal employee in the region. Replacing all Skype with Cisco phones and end user training if asked in person. Grab a phone, punch in pin, will pull down the provisioning menu and client has instruction guide to follow. Will be picking up phones to transport to the locations, collecting old, boxing up and when there are a set number shipping back to manufacturer.
