Location: 100% Onsite in Catawba, SC
Employment Type: Direct-hire
Compensation: $150,000 to 183,000 (based on level of experience)

Are you a hands-on leader passionate about data, analytics, and DevOps? Join a fast-growing team driving digital transformation across North American manufacturing sites. We're looking for a dynamic expert to shape data governance, architecture, and custom software solutions from the ground up.


What You'll Do:



  • Architect and manage data lakes, ETL pipelines, and analytics platforms.

  • Lead data governance, quality, and protection strategies.

  • Collaborate with business units to turn raw data into actionable insights.

  • Oversee DevOps practices and custom software development across enterprise systems.

  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in digital tools and processes.


What You Bring:



  • 5+ years in data architecture, analytics, and DevOps-especially in manufacturing.

  • Deep knowledge of data warehousing, middleware, and integration tools.

  • Experience with ERP and asset management systems (e.g., MS Dynamics, IBM Maximo).

  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • A passion for building scalable, secure, and business-enabling tech solutions.
