Job Description:

• Our client is seeking an experienced Infor Deployment Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the implementation of Infor CloudSuite Aerospace & Defense (A&D) as part of our enterprise transformation program.
• The role focuses on supplier collaboration, procurement, manufacturing, and supply chain processes, ensuring seamless integration with Icertis (CLM) and Deltek Costpoint (Finance/Accounting).
• The SME will collaborate with System Integrator (SI) consultants, Booz Allen business process leads, and functional owners to ensure system configuration aligns with to-be processes and compliance requirements for federal and space contracting.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years with Infor CloudSuite A&D or Infor LN (S2P, Procurement, Inventory, Supplier Collaboration).
• Leadership in large-scale ERP/supply chain transformations with Sis.
• Knowledge of federal contracting (FAR, DFARS, ITAR, DCAA, EVMS).
• Experience in catalog management, supplier onboarding, PO lifecycle, and invoice/receiving.
• Strong ability to bridge technical configuration with business operations.
• Skilled in workshop facilitation and requirements gathering.

Nice to Have:

• Integration experience with Icertis (CLM) and/or Deltek Costpoint.
• Aerospace & defense supply chain knowledge (long-lead parts, compliance docs).
• Prior BPR (Business Process Re-Engineering) support.
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation in ERP/supply chain.
• Strong communication skills for executive and end-user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with SI s Infor consultants to design and validate to-be processes for S2P, procurement, inventory, and supplier management.
• Participate in design/build sessions with stakeholders (Supply Chain, Procurement, AP).
• Serve as internal expert on Infor capabilities, bridging business needs and SI configurations.
• Align Infor data structures with Icertis (contract obligations) and Costpoint (financial/milestone reporting).
• Support supplier onboarding via Infor Supplier Exchange (catalogs, ASNs, performance).
• Map procurement data (POs, subcontracts, invoices) to Costpoint for CAS/non-CAS structures.
• Define integration rules for indirect/direct costs, subcontract flow-downs, and supplier milestones.
• Validate invoice posting rules into Costpoint s AP and Project Accounting modules.
• Ensure catalog and PO structures in Infor reconcile with Costpoint reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance Data Analyst to test end-to-end flows: PO Receipt Invoice Posting.
• Contribute to UAT: create test scripts, validate workflows, ensure compliance.
• Partner with Change Management Lead to develop training and support adoption.
• Provide ongoing expertise during hypercare post go live.
