Junior Data Enabler

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Junior Data Enabler in Tampa, FL.

Responsibilities:
* Support widescale adoption of data strategy, data products, and data capabilities
* Assist application teams at various stages of their data modernization journey
* Conduct research to identify optimal data solutions and architectures
* Contribute to the creation and refinement of data consumption archetypes
* Promote and implement best practices in data management and usage
* Provide technical support for business line data use cases, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
* Participate in thought leadership initiatives, offering insights and recommendations on data-related topics
* Help maintain and improve data infrastructure to support scalable and efficient operations
* Collaborate with senior developers and data architects to learn and grow within the role

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3+ years of professional data-related experience in the financial services industry
* 2+ years of Java/Python/UNIX development experience
* Knowledge of SQL and experience working with large data volumes
* Experience in Data Integration/Data catalog/Data Controls/Data Analytics, related tools, and frameworks
* Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed
* Experience in writing documentation and procedure for various audiences
* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
* Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
* Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple squads are assigned manuals to the same project/deliverable to ensure team actions remain in synergy
* Communicating with business lines, build squads, management to keep the project aligned with their goals
* Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
* Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
* Strong understanding of agile development methodologies

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
