Detailed Job Description: NYePay is a multi-component system that replaces the process & cost of printing physical checks and mailing them to recipients. NYePay provides the ability to submit electronic payments for local districts to adoption subsidy recipients and child care providers. As part of Chapter 650 of the laws of 2021 amending Social Services Law 390-c, Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) is mandated to offer a direct deposit payment option for Child Care providers. This implementation provided an alternative method for Child Care providers to receive payments. This position will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the Child Care Assistance payment process and addressing any issues related to files or interfaces. The role is critical to assisting the Division of Child Care Services (DCCS) staff in maintaining accurate information and ensuring timely payments to providers.
