Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced MFT Specialist with hands-on expertise in Axway Secure Transport and strong experience in System Integration (SI) administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting Managed File Transfer solutions, ensuring secure and reliable data transfers between systems, partners, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, maintain, and support Axway Secure Transport (ST) for secure file transfers
- Manage and troubleshoot file transfer workflows, certificates, and connectivity issues
- Administer System Integration (SI) tools and services
- Perform user provisioning, encryption key management, and script development for automation
- Monitor system performance, ensure uptime and resolve incidents promptly
- Ensure compliance with security standards and audit requirements
- Work with cross-functional teams for onboarding new partners and business units
- Document configurations, processes, and procedures
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of experience in MFT technologies
- Strong expertise with Axway Secure Transport (setup, configuration, troubleshooting)
- Experience with PGP/GPG encryption, SSL/TLS, and certificate management
- Proficiency in shell scripting or other scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
- Solid understanding of protocols such as SFTP, FTPS, HTTP/S, AS2
- Experience in System Integration administration, preferably in enterprise environments
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
- Experience with other MFT platforms (e.g., GoAnywhere, IBM Sterling)
- ITIL or similar process framework familiarity
- Experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, etc.)
