The Digital team is transforming the way client's customers, suppliers, sales, and service organizations interact with each other through its digital experiences. As the Product Manager for Retail Execution, you'll lead initiatives that reimagine the tools and experiences our field sales consultants and merchandisers need to execute flawlessly in stores - from shelf sets and display builds to compliance tracking and real-time issue resolution. This role requires a self-starter who can work independently, engage cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable impact in speed, visibility, and sales execution quality.

work hours: 8am to 5pm

education: Bachelors

responsibilities:

- Define a clear product vision that improves how field teams plan, execute, and report in-store activities.

- Translate strategic business goals - such as reducing non-selling time, improving compliance accuracy, and increasing sales per visit - into actionable product outcomes.

- Use data, feedback, and field insights to continuously refine priorities and identify high-impact opportunities.

- Shadow sales consultants and merchandisers to deeply understand pain points in shelf setup, display execution, and compliance reporting.

- Partner with field leaders and commercial teams to design tools that simplify work, reduce manual effort, and improve visibility.

- Leverage user research, ride-alongs, and analytics to ensure solutions are intuitive and drive measurable adoption.

- Own and maintain a clear, data-informed product roadmap for field enablement tools (mobile and web).

- Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria that reflect real-world workflows and constraints.

- Prioritize features balancing customer impact, operational efficiency, and technical feasibility.

- Drive end-to-end delivery in partnership with engineering, design, and business process owners - from discovery to rollout and feedback loops.

- Act as the single point of accountability for product decisions - clearly communicating trade-offs, timelines, and expected outcomes.

- Provide transparent updates to leadership through concise roadmaps, progress summaries, and performance dashboards.

- Establish and track KPIs such as time to complete store visits, percentage of compliant displays, reduction in manual reporting, and increase in sales per route.

- Use quantitative and qualitative feedback to inform backlog prioritization and identify optimization opportunities.

- Promote a test-and-learn culture - piloting new features with field teams before scaling.

qualifications:

- Experience building products for field sales, retail execution, or merchandising enablement.

- Strong empathy for end users who work in fast-paced, offline, or mobile-first environments
