As the Head of the Smartsheet Center of Excellence (CoE), you play a pivotal role in driving excellence, efficiency, and best practices within your organization s use of Smartsheet. Here are the key responsibilities associated with this position:
1. Strategic Leadership:
o Vision and Strategy: Define the CoE s vision, mission, and strategic goals aligned with the organization s objectives.
o Governance: Establish governance policies, guidelines, and standards for Smartsheet usage.
o Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and adoption.
2. Training and Enablement:
o Training Programs: Develop and manage training programs for Smartsheet users at all levels.
o Certification: Promote Smartsheet certification programs within the organization.
o Skill Enhancement: Ensure continuous learning and skill development for CoE members.
3. Best Practices and Process Improvement:
o Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows using Smartsheet.
o Templates and Standards: Create and maintain standardized templates, workflows, and best practices.
o Quality Assurance: Review and enhance existing processes to maximize efficiency.
4. Technical Expertise:
o Product Knowledge: Stay updated on Smartsheet features, enhancements, and integrations.
o Problem Solving: Assist teams in resolving complex technical issues related to Smartsheet.
o Innovation: Explore innovative ways to leverage Smartsheet for business growth.
5. Change Management:
o Change Initiatives: Lead change management efforts during Smartsheet adoption or process improvements.
