Job Description
The Opportunity:
The Procure to Pay System and Business Administrator will be multifaceted supporting the day-to-day management of the Coupa Global Procurement system, which is the key platform behind our Source to Pay process as well as supporting the business with low-medium complex contract reviews and sourcing for Indirect goods and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain system integrity, drive process improvements, and drive cost savings through sourcing and negotiation efforts.
What Your Impact Will Be:
50% Coupa Platform Management: This involves administering and maintaining the global Coupa platform from the Business perspective, including user access, testing, data integrity, setting up workflows, and logging Tickets with Coupa.
50% Business Administrator: This involves maintaining relationships with key suppliers, acting as a point of contact and addressing any issues that may arise and supporting internal stakeholders with low- to-medium complex (= non-strategic) sourcing and contract reviews for Indirect Procurement categories.

The annual base salary range for this position is between $70,400 and $83,000
**This range is indicative of projected hiring range, however annual base salary will be determined based on a candidate's work location, skills and experience. The Opportunity:

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain system integrity, drive process improvements, and drive cost savings through sourcing and negotiation efforts.
What Your Impact Will Be:
50% Coupa Platform Management: This involves administering and maintaining the global Coupa platform from the Business perspective, including user access, testing, data integrity, setting up workflows, and logging Tickets with Coupa.
- Serve as the global help desk for non-technical issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues related to process configuration and expected Coupa functionality.
- Complete regular SOX Compliance documentation as a tester for controls related to the Coupa platform.
- Drive periodic reviews on SOPs, SLAs, and reference tables to ensure all active files are current and up to date.
- Must partner with IT for integration related problems and issues to resolve.
- Review major release notes for Coupa and provide delta assessment and impacts with existing configurations and functionality.
- Provide support related to maintaining and conducting test plans for new functionality and defect resolution; regression testing and testing of fixes to defects in releases.
- Provide support on new module implementation in Coupa
50% Business Administrator: This involves maintaining relationships with key suppliers, acting as a point of contact and addressing any issues that may arise and supporting internal stakeholders with low- to-medium complex (= non-strategic) sourcing and contract reviews for Indirect Procurement categories.
- Identify potential cost-saving opportunities through RFP's
- Negotiate business terms and conditions with suppliers to secure the best possible prices and conditions for the company
- Ensure compliance with Procurement policies and procedures
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes based on data analysis findings
Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
- BS/BA degree in Business or Technology (or other related degree programs)
- Intermediate knowledge with Procure-to-Pay (P2P platforms - especially Coupa)
- 1-2+ years experience with procurement operations, ERP, eProcurement, eCatalog
- Ability to source and negotiate contracts with suppliers
- Strong facilitation skills to communicate and collaborate with Stakeholders and Suppliers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and solve problems
- Must work on-site in El Segundo, CA
