Job Description: Sr. Systems Engineer / Solutions Architect
The Systems Engineer plays a critical, customer-facing role in driving growth through strategic acquisition integrations. This individual works closely with acquired clinics to assess their current systems and processes, identify opportunities for alignment, and guide seamless transitions into client's technology and operational standards-all while maintaining a strong focus on continuity of care and minimal disruption. This individual will be customer facing and be empathetical to customers in a healthcare environment. If remote, must agree to travel 50% of time.

Job Description: Sr. Systems Engineer / Solutions Architect
The Systems Engineer plays a critical, customer-facing role in driving growth through strategic acquisition integrations. This individual works closely with acquired clinics to assess their current systems and processes, identify opportunities for alignment, and guide seamless transitions into client's technology and operational standards-all while maintaining a strong focus on continuity of care and minimal disruption. Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions with newly acquired clinic teams, assessing IT infrastructure, applications, and operational workflows.
- Cohesive integration of patient information into client's data center (lift and shift)
- Develop and present clear, tailored integration plans that align with client's ecosystem while addressing clinic-specific needs.
- Design technical requirements, and roadmaps to support smooth transitions.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in a Systems Engineer / Solution Architect or similar technical leadership role
- Experience in M&A (mergers and acquisition) environments
- Strong knowledge of healthcare IT systems (EHRs, practice management), clinical operations, and regulatory compliance
- Empathetic communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
- Capable of managing multiple integrations simultaneously and meeting deadlines
- MUST be willing to travel for onsite assessments and collaboration (if residing outside of Austin, TX)
- Experience leading integrations within large, multi-site healthcare organizations
