Origami Risk Form Developer/Analyst

Client to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, you will focus on leveraging the Origami Risk platform to enhance our Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives by optimizing workflows and digitizing field operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with form development and workflow configuration while collaborating with a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Design and configure Origami Risk forms for web and mobile platforms, including QR-enabled features.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

Convert over 65 legacy forms into mobile-friendly, user-centric designs.

Develop and document best practices, standard operating procedures, and development guidelines.

Provide training and guidance to team members, including mentoring newly onboarded business analysts.

Attend weekly team meetings to prioritize tasks and manage a backlog of projects effectively.

Support the full development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and optimization.

Conduct workflow analysis to ensure efficiency and alignment with operational goals.

Create dashboards and reports to analyze data and monitor project performance.

Optimize processes using functional and non-functional requirements.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with Origami Risk platform, particularly in form and workflow development.

Proficiency in database development tools such as Microsoft SQL Server, XML, and HTML.

Expertise in mobile-first design and QR-enabled form creation.

Strong knowledge of business analysis, stakeholder communication, and requirements gathering.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with full software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Experience in workflow processes and standard operating procedures.

Background in risk management environments and analytics within Origami Risk is a plus.
