Job Title: ATE Test Engineer
Location: San Jose, CA

Job Description:
- Test floor management service, technical contributor
- Peripheral to ATE setup (Prober & handler profile programming and operation)
- Set up UI interface for testing with drivers and for multi-site testing
- Prober/Handler setup at cold, room, hot and help sort wafers. Knowledge of MEM PC and effects
- Equipment (ATE/Peripheral) calibration and preventive maintenance and repair
- ATE card updates verification - help with install and verification. Ex: New 1600 cards
- Vendor management (ATE, prober, handler) for repairs and updates. Equipment related Bug reporting
- Support for all lab instruments (ATC, Scope, etc), use and fit to HW etc.
- Maintain FT DIB and PC and repair
- Operator Support and data collection
- Remote debug support
- Setup ATE/handler with test hardware for engineering
- Equipment monitoring (including room temp, humidity, ESD) and managing repairs
- Tester scheduling online, equipment utilization reporting
- All lab Supplies ordering and handling all items in lab, purchasing support
- Workstation control (ESD control, solder station, environment)
- Inventory management, material handling and tracking
- Interface with facility on modification and new install
- Involved in equipment selection
- Safety and ISO qualification support for Micron process owner groups
