Job Details

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Windchill Developer to join our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in PTC Windchill, including customization, configuration, and integration with enterprise systems. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and support our PLM capabilities, ensuring efficient product data management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize Windchill PDMLink modules, including Change Management, Document Management, and BOM Management.

  • Develop, modify, and maintain Windchill workflows, lifecycle templates, and business rules.

  • Integrate Windchill with ERP systems and other enterprise applications.

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to system performance, access control, and data integrity.

  • Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements and implement effective PLM solutions.

  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation for configurations, integrations, and development activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Windchill development and support.

  • Strong knowledge of Windchill architecture and core modules.

  • Proficiency in Java, JSP, XML, and Windchill APIs.

  • Experience with Windchill Business Rules Framework (BRF) and Info*Engine.

  • Sound understanding of PLM concepts, product structures, and data management processes.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Windchill 12.x.

  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.

  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Experience with enterprise integration platforms or middleware solutions.
