Job Description

Overview: The Staffing & Relationship Delivery Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and fostering strong relationships with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders. This candidate is responsible for managing vendor relationships, overseeing recruitment activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate must have a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in vendor management and recruitment, specifically focusing on local talent acquisition within the serving regions and possessing US public sector experience. Opportunity Hunting:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Texas, including DIR ITSAC, TIPS Staffing, DIR ITSAC BPO, and other ITSAC vendor submissions, as well as in Florida, encompassing STSC - ITSA, OUC, and future contracts.
  • Collaborate closely with the Jurisdiction team to devise strategies for targeting and acquiring new business ventures.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to pinpoint emerging opportunities for expanding staffing business operations.

Reporting:

  • Generate weekly recruitment insights reports, encompassing selections, rejections, margins, and rates.
  • Provide transparent status updates on submissions and ensure clarity in candidate sourcing processes.
  • Compile monthly vendor performance reports, incorporating pass-through data and submission volumes.
  • Publish insightful reports on the Texas & Florida ecosystem, detailing agency spend, roles, vendors, and candidate selection rates.

Ecosystem Insights:

  • Conduct thorough vendor analysis to identify the top 10 vendors and associated contracts, facilitating transparent and strategic planning.
  • Monitor the engagement of active vendors and provide valuable insights into vendor performance and market trends.
  • Regularly publish informative monthly insights on the ecosystem, highlighting agency spend, roles, vendors, and candidate selection rates.

Operations:

  • Facilitate the smooth hand-off of candidates to the delivery team, ensuring seamless transitions from recruitment to project implementation.
  • Prepare and submit ITSAC reports to DIR and FL contract reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Establish partnerships through teaming agreements with at least 10 new partners each in Florida and Texas, fostering collaboration and growth.
  • Cultivate robust relationships with agency procurement teams, facilitating enhanced collaboration and business opportunities.
  • Foster positive relationships with vendors through consistent communication, collaboration, and feedback sessions.
  • Attend staffing industry events in Florida and Texas to cultivate new vendor relationships.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the submission and selection process.
  • Willingness to travel to meet vendors and procurement teams to strengthen relationships. The anticipated number of travels is 12 per year, but this may vary based on business needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in vendor management, recruitment, or business development roles within the IT services industry, with specific US public sector experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building rapport and trust with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to IT services procurement.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and adeptness in data analysis tools.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on driving business growth and achieving set targets.
