This is a direct-hire, full-time position hybrid in Plano, TX
We are looking for a Professional Services Sales Executive/Business Development Representative for a high-powered technology consultancy dedicated to delivering innovative solutions for a diverse range of clients: from Fortune 500 companies to fast-growing startups.
The ideal candidate will have a recruiting, staffing, marketing technology, or professional services background that includes selling project-based staffing and/or solutions across various technology stacks, deconstructing technical challenges on the fly, and have a strong interest in continuing to advance their career in learning about new technologies and partnering with clients to solve for their most critical and challenging problems.
This person will be joining an already developed sales process with a fair amount of warm introductions and leads, but one should also be comfortable generating their own leads and look to win new meetings/labels/business.

- Adhere to our client's core expectations of being coachable, having a positive attitude, and remaining reliable.
- Partner with internal team members and external clients to draft and write SOW's and manage engagements as the account contact from inception and beyond.
- Collaborate closely with clients in project teams to solve their toughest AI / ML challenges.
- Must be comfortable with a team sales approach.
- Utilize principles of agile development to achieve high-quality solutions delivery.
