Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of direct experience working on supporting data analysis, business requirements, testing, and system validation.
Strong understanding of Medicaid claims, eligibility, provider enrollment, and related data processes.
Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, and large data warehouse datasets.
Knowledge of CMS reporting requirements, Medicaid/CHIP programs, and federal data standards.
Excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills at director/executive level.
Demonstrated ability to mentor, collaborate across teams, and represent organizational values.
