Job Details

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade .NET applications.

  • Guide and mentor a team of developers, providing technical leadership and code reviews.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, and DevOps.

  • Architect and implement robust, scalable, and secure backend services and APIs.

  • Drive best practices in coding standards, design patterns, and CI/CD processes.

  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives as part of an Agile team.

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and frameworks.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 14+ years of professional experience in software development using .NET technologies.

  • Expert-level knowledge of C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET Framework.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful services, microservices architecture, and API development.

  • Proficiency in front-end technologies like JavaScript, React, or Angular (optional but preferred).

  • Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (Entity Framework).

  • Familiarity with Azure or other cloud platforms and DevOps pipelines.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Exposure to Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD).

  • Knowledge of security best practices in web applications.

  • Previous experience with Agile methodologies.
