Position Summary:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 3-4 years of experience to analyze business processes, gather and document requirements, and support the implementation of technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business analysis techniques, experience with Agile methodologies, and the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering & Documentation:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to identify needs, define business requirements, and create BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.

  • Process Mapping & Analysis: Analyze current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and create detailed process maps and recommendations for improvement.

  • Solution Design & Recommendations: Collaborate with IT teams to design and recommend technology solutions that align with business goals and objectives.

  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders across business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on goals and deliverables.

  • Support UAT & Testing: Develop test cases and scenarios, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts, and ensure successful delivery of solutions.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Leverage data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Power BI) to create insights and reports that support business decision-making.

  • Continuous Improvement: Assist in the ongoing evaluation of business processes, offering solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.

  • 3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in [industry: banking, healthcare, insurance, IT, etc.].

  • Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process analysis.

  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies; experience working in Agile teams.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret business data and trends.

  • SQL proficiency for data analysis and experience with tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

  • Experience with UAT processes and coordinating testing efforts.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, ERP systems, or other enterprise applications.

  • Experience in business process modeling using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.

  • Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.

  • Experience in financial analysis, reporting, or similar tasks in the [banking, insurance, or IT] sectors.
