Job description
Preferred candidates will have previous experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR Functional Lead and related areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Should have at least 2 Implementation experience in Core HR for Global Company across Multiple Geographies
    Must have worked on at least 3-4 Oracle Cloud HCM projects .
    Must have Expertise in Gathering & Mapping requirements, fit-gap analysis and Requirements documentation
    Prepare functional design and work with Offshore team in Implementing and testing.
    Should understand the interactions with dependent modules in Implementing Core HR.
    Experience in Implementing Any 2 additional modules like ORC, Talent Management, Learn and Advanced HCM Controls will be desired.
    Must have excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills and problem resolution skills.

Required Skills

  • Consult & Setup Oracle HRMS Modules (Global HR, Self Service, Time Attendance & iRecruitment Application.
    Prepare the User Guides.
    Provide the Support for HR Key Users.
    Collect the requirement and Implement any Enhancement Requested by the HR Department.

Nice to Have Skills

  • Active Certifications in the Core HR module will be desired

Qualifications

  • Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR Functional Lead with an experience of 8+ years.
    Bachelor's or Master s Degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology or equivalent
