Role: Oracle Fusion OTL, Talent Management & ORC Functional Consultant
Location: Remote with travel for key meetings
Duration: 3 months
Candidate should have at least 8 years of Oracle HCM Functional experience.Must have experience as a Module Lead for OTL, Talent Management and ORC
Should have done atleast 2+ Implementations in OTL, TM and ORC
Experience in Core HR and Absence Management is added advantage
Must have experience with data migration / conversions.
Must have delivered at least 3 HCM Fusion projects.
Presentation skills and communication must be EXCELLENT.
Documentation and Training skills need to be top notch.
