Description:

Technical product owner to join our software development organization seeking a Leader to manage project management tools JIRA C360 landscape write user stories triage defects get on client calls Work with Product management TAMs and collaborate with developers to implement features and defect fixes at times perform some of the scrum master duties to ensure all the deliverable of POD are as per the SLAs committed to the client

This role requires detailed understanding payment products treasury domain expertise understanding of client's stakeholders and good organizational skills

The ideal candidate possesses a good blend of business and technical aptitude is heavily hands on and has a strong need to learn new things as well as research customer insights trends and business challenges

Responsibilities:

Coordinating with cross disciplined team members to make sure that all parties are on track with the project requirements schedule and deadlines

Facilitating the meetings ceremonies to track progress of defects and features

Write detailed user stories and at times work on data mapping API specifications where needed

Work on detail triage of defects and provide all the details needed by developers and QA

Ensuring the product deliverable adhering to the quality standards

Establishing effective communication plans and ensuring their execution

Coordinating the development of user manuals training materials and other documents as needed to enable the successful implementation and turnover of the process to the client

Conducting the post project evaluation for identifying successful and unsuccessful elements of the project

Basic qualifications for consideration

Bachelor s Degree with 10 years of software development experience

Strong Experience in Payments Banking and treasury applications

5+ years of hands-on experience in client management user stories or FSD writing

Experience in tools like Postman Splunk Dynatrace

Experience in going through data bases like Postgre oracle etc.

Strong experience in API specifications writing Data mapping

Domain / Product Context

Role is within Commercial Center a business banking product suite.

Must have experience supporting commercial / corporate banking products, not retail.

Key functional knowledge areas required:

Cash Management

Liquidity Management

Payables & Receivables

Corporate E-Banking Portal / Online Banking Platforms

Non-Card Payments (Priority: ACH, RTGS, Wire Transfers)

Experience with data exchanges / interfaces, including message formats, integration workflows.

Technology / Delivery Expectations

Should understand Microservices, Cloud, and Automation environments (Tech modernization exposure).

Hands-on experience with industry tooling: JIRA, Postman, Splunk, Dynatrace

Familiarity with databases (Postgres, Oracle)

Ability to contribute to: User Story / FSD writing

API specifications and data mapping

Defect triage and working closely with Dev & QA teams

Will occasionally perform Scrum Master tasks to ensure delivery milestones and SLAs.

Candidate must demonstrate strong PO maturity:

Experience coordinating across multiple squads.

Comfortable leading discussions with clients and cross-functional stakeholders.

Skilled at requirements clarity, prioritization, and delivery tracking.
