Job Details

Piper Companies is seeking a Mobile Device Management (MDM) Engineer to join an established, highly reputable cyber security company with 100% remote work. The MDM Engineer will primarily be responsible for defining and implementing a scalable service delivery model, including but not limited to developing and enforcing policies, configurations, and compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities of the MDM Engineer:

Define and implement a scalable MDM service delivery model

Configure, deploy, and manage mobile devices (iOS, Android, Windows, etc.) through the organization's MDM platform (e.g., Microsoft Intune, etc.).

Develop and enforce mobile device policies, security configurations, and compliance rules.

Define run books for administration of the enrollment and provisioning of new mobile devices for clients.

Coordinate across internal teams - including sales, legal, compliance, security operations, engineering, and support functions to ensure seamless integration of services and alignment to business objectives.

Ensure services align with changing CMMC standards.

Develop documentation for MDM policies, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

Qualifications of the MDM Engineer:
3+ years of IT, cyber, or program delivery experience

Experience supporting regulated industries (defense, federal, or critical infrastructure)

2+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 in a business environment.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Azure AD.

Familiarity with scripting for automation and administration tasks.

Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.

Experience with identity management and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.

Compensation of the MDM Engineer:

Salary Range: **$55 - $75/hr**
