- Helpdesk duties, taking calls and dealing with customers and taking Level 2 application related tickets.
- Security compliance policy and procedure.
- Documenting/writing training materials.
- Delivering employee training materials.
- Troubleshooting access issues/permissions, individual accounts, hardware, and applications.
- Experience lifting up to 50 lbs. of equipment and running cable over and under furniture.
- ITSM service desks or equivalent.
