Exp: 3Years

  • Helpdesk duties, taking calls and dealing with customers and taking Level 2 application related tickets.                                
  • Security compliance policy and procedure.                               
  • Documenting/writing training materials.                            
  • Delivering employee training materials.                                  
  • Troubleshooting access issues/permissions, individual accounts, hardware, and applications.                             
  • Experience lifting up to 50 lbs. of equipment and running cable over and under furniture.                                 
  • ITSM service desks or equivalent.
