Job Details

Job Description:

  • Looking for a Sr. Program Manager to provide temporary coverage on a complex Corp Eng program with key stakeholders across PAs. Dynamic Space Metrics will provide Real Estate teams with key metrics on space utilization and require many integration points with devices and systems.
  • Additional programs include engagements on space logistics initiatives that drive the way clients manage automated room booking and releasing tools, and various space types.

Responsibilities:

  • Ramp up transition from current program team in Munich, Germany to Kirkland, USA
  • Establish new engagement models with key partners (PM, UX, etc) and customers
  • Own the project plan, risk management, escalation, comms planning, updating all tools of record
  • Help establish the program structure and drive execution in a split geo engineering model between US and IN
  • Establish transition plans for joint program ownership with IN based T/PgM and future US based T/PgM
  • Provide program leadership across engineering program including planning, execution, risk management, communication planning, change management, reporting
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, UX, partners, and customer engagement
  • Drive key program engagements including (but not limited to) daily sprints, program reviews, stakeholder syncs, metric reporting, communications.

Experience:

  • 10 years experience leading technical programs developing software
  • Familiarity with technical integrations of systems and data sources
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones, flexibility as needed
  • Strong customer and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and self-starter
