Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated ITS Associate to join our team at Novalink Solutions, a leader in IT staffing solutions. In this role, you will assist in generating new business opportunities, supporting sales initiatives, and nurturing relationships with key clients.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in IT Consulting while contributing to the company s growth and success. You will also gain valuable experience in drafting and managing Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients, business opportunities, and sales leads within the IT industry.
  • Sales Support: Assist the ITS team with daily tasks, including preparing proposals, client presentations, and follow-up communications.
  • Client Relationship Building: Support the team in building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients by understanding their staffing needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  • RFP, RFQ, and Proposal Support: Assist in the preparation of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), and proposals, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and submitted on time.
  • SOW Drafting & Management: Collaborate with the IT development / Business development and delivery teams to draft, review, and manage Statements of Work (SOWs) that clearly define the scope, deliverables, timelines, and terms of engagement for IT consulting and staffing projects.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to assist in business strategy development.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update records of leads, clients, and sales activities in CRM systems, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating internal communications to support the business development team.
  • Sales Presentations: Assist in creating and delivering sales presentations and demos, highlighting the value and benefits of our staffing solutions to clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment and delivery teams to ensure that client staffing requirements are met and effectively communicated.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetups to increase brand awareness and create new business opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in IT staffing, recruitment, or related industries.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Proactive & Self-motivated: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Research & Analytical Skills: Strong research skills to identify leads, analyze market trends, and understand client needs.
  • CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho) for managing leads and tracking sales progress.
  • Negotiation & Persuasion: Basic understanding of negotiation techniques and the ability to persuade clients by highlighting value propositions.
  • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with sales and recruitment teams to achieve company goals.
  • Education: A bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
