Manager of Operations


FTE - Hybrid (2-3 days in San Jose, CA)


Location: San Jose, CA


Salary: $150k - $190k per year


This is an ITAR Registered facility.


Key Responsibilities



  • Lead and scale day-to-day operations across engineering, manufacturing, finance, logistics, and customer support.

  • Drive procurement strategy and vendor management to ensure cost-effective sourcing and timely delivery.

  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align operational execution with product goals.

  • Oversee server hardware lifecycle, including procurement, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

  • Support and improve administrative operations, including facilities, , and internal systems.

  • Develop and implement operational strategies that support company growth and efficiency.

  • Establish and monitor KPIs to drive performance, quality, and continuous improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements.


Qualifications



  • 10-12 years of experience in operations leadership roles, preferably in enterprise hardware/software or high-tech environments.

  • Proven experience in procurement strategy, vendor negotiations, and supply chain management.

  • Strong understanding of server hardware architecture and server testing methodologies.

  • Demonstrated ability to support and streamline administrative operations.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • Epicor business system experience is a must
