Job Summary

 

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Systems Analyst with strong expertise in Kronos Timekeeping, Kronos Workforce Management, or Kronos Workforce Central 8.0. The ideal candidate will support, enhance, and maintain HR and Payroll systems, acting as the technical lead for Kronos platforms and HRIS applications. This role requires a strong communicator who can work directly with business stakeholders and support ongoing HR, Payroll, and IT initiatives.

You will perform day-to-day system administration, configuration updates, troubleshooting, documentation, and technical enhancements to ensure accurate and efficient HR and Payroll operations.


Key Responsibilities

·         Administer, configure, and maintain Kronos applications, including pay rules, PTO accruals, attendance rules, and reporting interfaces.

·         Develop, design, and maintain system integrations, WTK reporting interfaces, and related workflows.

·         Perform system configuration activities, upgrades, database/table maintenance, and regular platform updates.

·         Provide daily support for Kronos and HR systems, including polling/posting, troubleshooting and general system maintenance.

·         Serve as a technical lead for HR/Payroll applications and act as an escalation point for HRIS-related issues.

·         Collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to support projects, enhancements, and system initiatives.

·         Create and maintain technical documentation: requirements, data flow diagrams, configuration specs, and operational procedures.

·         Support ancillary HR applications and contribute to ongoing HR systems improvement and modernization efforts.


Required Skills

·         Strong hands-on experience with Kronos Timekeeping, Kronos Workforce Management (WFM), or Kronos Workforce Central 8.0

·         Experience configuring and maintaining pay rules, accruals, attendance rules, and timekeeping interfaces

·         Solid understanding of HR and Payroll business processes

·         Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across HRIS platforms

·         Excellent communication skills; ability to work with clients and functional teams


Preferred Skills

·         Experience designing and maintaining system interfaces and WTK reports

·         Strong documentation and analytical skills

·         Ability to support system upgrades, maintenance, and platform enhancements

·         Prior experience in a client-facing HRIS or HR technology role
