Job description:
- 5+ years software development experience, 2 years hands on generative AI prompt experiences. IVR knowledge is a plus.
- Additional information: We are on Kore.AI and Java Spring boot platform. It is difficult to find Kore.AI resources, but java experiences may help.
- We plan to use GenAI to handle some IVR questions.
- The candidate needs to have real hands-on experiences with AI prompt creating for chat bot.
