Job Summary We are seeking a Collibra Data Quality Technical SME to join our Data Governance team in New York. This hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) focuses on the installation, configuration, and administration of the Collibra Data Quality platform, along with solution development and integrations to support enterprise data governance initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design and implement data quality checks, validation rules, and anomaly detection in Collibra DQ to enhance data accuracy, completeness, and trust. Build and maintain workflows and automated remediation processes within the Collibra platform. Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain the Collibra DQ application and related components. Develop and support Collibra workflows, API integrations, and Java-based solutions. Integrate Collibra with databases and data lakes, including Snowflake and RDBMS, using REST/Java APIs. Implement CI/CD pipelines and version control for DQ artifacts and integrations (e.g., GitHub). Develop microservices and solutions using API/Event-Driven Architecture. Coordinate platform upgrades and major releases. Onboard users, deliver training, and provide support to Data Governance and steward teams. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience. 12+ years of experience in Data Engineering and/or Data Governance. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Collibra Data Quality (configuration, administration, rule design). Proven experience installing, administering, and customizing enterprise DQ applications. Strong Java and API development skills. Experience integrating Collibra with enterprise data platforms and services (e.g., Snowflake, RDBMS, REST). Preferred Qualifications Experience developing custom integrations using Collibra APIs. Experience building governance metrics and scorecards using Collibra DQ metadata. 5+ years of experience implementing Collibra integrations (workflows, connectors, automation). Education: Bachelors Degree
