Business Analyst

The qualified candidate must possess the following skills and years of experience in the following areas:

• 3+ years of work experience in Information Technology or Data Analysis.
• 3+ years of work experience gathering business requirements, including:
• functional, user, and system requirements; creating application wireframes; developing process flow diagrams; writing high-quality technical and user guide documentation; performing heavy research; and other business analysis tasks for software/SDLC implementation projects.
• 1+ year of experience as a project manager over a project with a heavy IT component. Expected first-hand knowledge/experience with various assignment, resource allocation, and monitoring tools.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint is required.
• Demonstrated experience in extracting and translating large data sets and relational databases..
