Role: AEM Tech Analyst with Adobe Experience Cloud & Solution Architecture Exp – NJ (Hybrid)
Location: Lebanon, NJ (Hybrid)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced AEM Tech Analyst with a strong background in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and a solid understanding of business analysis within Adobe-driven projects. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and analytical skills, capable of translating business needs into scalable digital solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful AEM implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end AEM solution architecture, including integration with Adobe Experience Cloud products and third-party systems.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, UX/UI teams, and developers to define, design, and deliver high-quality digital experiences.
- Define and enforce best practices for AEM development, deployment, and performance optimisation.
- Drive the technical roadmap for upgrades, migrations, and cloud enablement strategies.
- Oversee code reviews, technical documentation, and quality assurance processes.
- Mentor development teams to ensure adherence to architectural standards and delivery timelines.
- Evaluate and recommend search technologies, personalisation strategies, and content governance models to enhance digital engagement.
Key Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related Adobe tools.
- Strong background in Business Analysis for Adobe or digital transformation projects.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams in an Agile environment.
