Job Title: IT - Systems Engineer III

Location: 4110 Wake Forest Rd, Raleigh, NC

Job Description: Windows Engineer / Packager

Required Skills:

Strong automation, scripting, and packaging skills for administration, automation of processes, and issue resolution. Must have experience authoring scripts using PowerShell 5 and batch. Must have experience performing remote deployments and integration of Windows 10 or 11 systems in a distributed environment. Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 Operating Systems. Strong knowledge of SCCM/MECM (Configuration Manager). Working knowledge of networking concepts and secure protocols. Working knowledge of Microsoft s Active Directory and Group Policies. Effective written and oral communication skills. Ability to develop clear and concise documentation. Working knowledge of Tanium is desirable (not required).

Support Function:

Develop and test automated scripts and processes for software deployment and data gathering Deployments to distributed systems. Maintain infrastructure with latest updates and patching Research, design, and recommend solutions to meet requirements. Provide support and troubleshoot issues quickly. Develop and document processes and procedures.

Education/Knowledge Requirements:

  • A minimum of eight (8) to twelve (12) years relevant experience.
  • A degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is required. If the individual's degree is not in the applicable field, then four additional years of related experience is required.
