For Lead rate is 70-90k Locals only Fulltime role T+S About the job We have an immediate need MICROSOFT DYNAMICS 365 TECHNICAL LEAD and analysts. API Experience is a must. Statement of the Job: We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Lead / Lead Developer, analysts to lead the analysis, architecture, configuration, design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade CRM solutions. This role will be instrumental in guiding the technical direction of projects, mentoring development teams, and ensuring successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365-based applications. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and functional knowledge to implement, configure, customize, and optimize Dynamics 365 solutions based on business requirements Responsibilities to include, but not limited to: - Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 .
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into D365 solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing CRM components.
- Develop custom plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and integrations with external systems (e.g., Sales Force)
- Oversee code reviews, unit testing, and support QA/UAT efforts to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Leading data migrations: mapping, cleansing, validating, and loading from Excel/QuickBooks into D365/Site Tracker
- Create and maintain technical documentation including design specs, architecture diagrams, and deployment guides.
- Mentor junior developers and promote best practices across the technical team.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, demos, and retrospectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on new features and industry trends to propose improvements.
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting CRM solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong data integration experience; this role is heavy integration with Salesforce and other. It is all about API knowledge. Knows what a restful API is, for example. Has experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems. It would help for you to document examples of where the candidate has done this with your submittals. Integration: power platform experience preferred, can integrate external SaaS APIs into power platform to generate actionable data.
