Client is looking for an experienced Scrum Master, with expertise in Agile tools.

Skills and Experience:

  • 10 years of experience (Level 3-5) performing the Scrum Master role for Agile teams
  • 7+ years Scrum Master/Agile Coach in complex ERP/SAP environments.
  • Hands-on with Jira/Azure DevOps (boards, dashboards, queries).
  • Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant leadership.
  • CSM/PSM/SAFe certifications.
  • Background in hybrid onsite/offshore delivery.
  • Eduction: Bachelor s in Business/IT or related; Agile certification required.

Responsibilities_

  • Establish Agile delivery ways of working across multiple SAP workstreams, enabling predictable sprints, strong backlog hygiene, and fast impediment removal.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams on Agile principles and effective collaboration.
  • Partner with Product Owners/Leads on backlog refinement, prioritization, and acceptance criteria.
  • Track velocity, burndown, and flow metrics; surface risks/dependencies early.
  • Coordinate cross-team dependencies and align with PMO and Release Management.
  • Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and action follow-through.
  • CSM/PSM/SAFe certifications.
  • Background in hybrid onsite/offshore delivery.
