Title: Senior IT Support Analyst, Retail

Location: Mexico City, Mexico
Employment Type: Full Time

Compensation
Pay Range:$52500-$75000/Hrs

Description
* Possess a technical background with retail systems and understands retail and e-commerce processes.
* Analyze business needs and create IT concepts for new processes and solutions.
* Resolve application, software, and connectivity issues.
* Support retail business processes focused on front- and backend applications.
* Participate in international IT projects related to retail.

Key Responsibilities
* Understand and support retail business processes.
* Gather and document business requirements and process changes.
* Integrate and implement new processes into existing systems.
* Support formal testing for system modifications and fixes.
* Manage and monitor system communication interfaces.
* Create and edit training documentation.
* Provide end-user and internal training.

Qualifications
* 5 years' experience in similar roles.
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
* Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to internal customers and IT management.
* Experience in supporting and configuring retail point of service systems.
* Ability to troubleshoot and optimize system performance.
* Willingness to occasionally travel internationally with a valid passport.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
