Akkodis is seeking an Engineer for a Contract job with a client in Santa Clara, CA(Hybrid). The ideal candidate will lead CIM solution design and integration, optimizing architecture and addressing customer needs. Responsibilities include managing requirements and collaborating with engineering teams.
Rate Range: $56/hour to $70/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Pay Details: $56.00 to $70.00 per hour

Engineer job responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing technical solutions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams for system optimization
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Continuously improving processes and system performance
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in a similar technical role
- Expertise in CIM systems, semiconductor MES, and equipment automation
- Strong background in software development life cycle and implementation
- Proficiency in Java, Agile methodologies, and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Solid understanding of modern data architecture and security risks
- Proven experience leading and mentoring technical teams
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
