About the Role: AaraTech Inc is seeking a Healthcare QA Analyst to ensure the quality, accuracy, and reliability of healthcare applications and data systems. This role supports testing of healthcare software, reports, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Review healthcare requirements and create test cases

  • Perform functional, regression, and data validation testing

  • Validate clinical, claims, and reporting data

  • Log and track defects using JIRA or similar tools

  • Support UAT and release testing

  • Collaborate with BA, Dev, and Data teams

  • Maintain QA documentation and test reports

    Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1- 2 years of QA or testing experience

  • Knowledge of SDLC/STLC

  • Experience with test case creation and defect tracking

  • Basic SQL for data validation

  • Understanding of healthcare workflows (preferred)

  • Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
